From planning and design to construction and materials, we'll walk you through every step of the process to help you replace or install your siding.

Step 2: Wrap Your House

A crucial step in the building envelope is ensuring your house is wrapped correctly. Dupont Tyvek is the perfect product to complete this step. It is available in 3’ high, 9’ high, and 10’ high rolls to maximize coverage and minimize waste.

Anywhere there is a seam in the building, wrap requires the use of Tyvek tape to properly seal the joint and prevent airflow into the house. The standard red and/or blue tape (Tuck Tape) is also acceptable. Flashing tape is required around all window and door openings after installation is complete.
